AAC (All Aluminum Conductor): AAC conductors consist of stranded aluminum wires without any steel reinforcement. They are lightweight and have excellent conductivity. AAC conductors are primarily used for medium-voltage power distribution systems.
AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductor): AAAC conductors are similar to AAC conductors, but they are made from aluminum alloy wires. The aluminum alloy composition provides enhanced mechanical strength compared to AAC conductors. AAAC conductors are suitable for both medium-voltage and high-voltage power transmission and distribution systems.
ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced): ACSR conductors are composed of a central steel core surrounded by one or more layers of aluminum strands.
